In the regions where a number of shops of the chain «Lenta» are opened or will be opened, regional offices of the company operate. The specialists of the operational service of regional offices provide for due operation of the hypermarkets located within their zone of responsibility. The specialists of commercial service interact with local suppliers and manufacturers. The personnel service of the regional offices is engaged in search of employees for new hypermarkets, organizes training of the company specialists. The employees of the construction department supervise the construction of new stores.
